Dr. Ellen Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery

I recently had my 3rd Moxi service with Liz, who is exceptional! This and all past sessions/services have been wonderful. I know I can count on the team at Dr. Ellen's office for any of my aesthetic needs.

Procedure very successful. Pleased with outcome. Dr. Ellen is very detailed with providing information on procedure and provided answers to all questions asked. Appointment times are honored and not overbooked. Office staff is very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable with what to expect with procedure and after care.

I have had skin removal for my whole body due to weight loss. My results are everything that I wanted. The Dr and staff are very thorough about all my procedures. They made sure I was fully informed with everything that we did. The Dr. made sure that we completed certain procedures and surgeries in specific order to get the best results. I liked that I was able to tell the Dr what I wanted and she gave me the options of how to get the results I was looking for, she laid out 2-3 different options, told me the benefits/disadvantages and I was able to make an informed decision from that based on what I wanted. I also liked that they did not put me through unnecessary treatments: in particular I came in asking for liposuction and I thought I needed the most intense version and the Dr knew better and I was still able to get my treatment to get the results I wanted but she knew how to intervene without putting me through unnecessary 'extras'. When I was healing from surgeries and if I had a question the Dr and whole staff was really easy to get a hold of no matter what time of day. I was messaging someone actively late into the night over my concerns in the healing process and they were great with me and responded quickly. I love my results, I have healed from everything just as the Dr stated I would, my scars are minimal and thin and precise, easy to hide/cover. Everyone is nice here and they put patient concerns first, they listen to what I wanted and made me part of the planning process where I felt I was actively making informed decisions for my care based on their recommendationsfor sure a team feeling. I like that they offer in office procedures, not everything needed to be done in the hospital setting. Everyone is very knowledgeable and are experts in this field!

I had a breast reduction and have absolutely no regrets! The process was seamless, professional, and caring the whole way through. Dr. Ellen listened to me regarding my desires and assured me they were possible when other doctors told me it wasn't. I definitely felt listened to, respected and supported throughout the whole experience. I did have a revision, and in the end there is some slight areola circumference difference, but in the grand scheme of things, I am happy to take that over the excess weight, pain, and discomfort. I would definitely recommend this office for this procedure. Although Dr. Ellen does not accept insurance for this procedure, it was still worth it to have the results I wanted and not results that were required by insurance companies.

Dr. Ellen did my breast augmentation around 5 years ago, she was fantastic. I felt very comfortable the entire process, she answered all my questions and helped me choose the correct implants for me. I had no complications and am very happy! I had multiple follow ups to ensure everything went well. She and her team did a great job and I would definitely recommend her to any women who want an all female team.

This is my second "round" with Dr. Ellen. She's a perfectionist who is also extremely personable. She and her staff are compassionate and friendly, and they patiently answer questions and explain procedures so that you feel very confident in moving forward. I now feel more like myself than I have in years. My only regret was waiting until I was 62 to do it. Dr. Ellen has my appreciation and highest recoommendation!

I am a 63 year old, recently retired woman. Because of my age, I had to think long and hard about whether I should do a second breast reduction surgery. Unfortunately during the first operation (2009), the surgeon did not consider my wishes for a smaller size. I ended up with a size D instead of a B cup. My first requirement for my second reduction surgery was for a surgeon who would listen to what I wanted to accomplish. I had an initial visit with another surgeon, who I felt, did not listen to me. So, l immediately decided not to go back to that office. After doing more research, I learned about Dr. Ellen Janetzke and called her office. I had a good feeling about the appointment right away, from my interaction with the receptionist. I got a call from Rachel, the coordinator, she was thorough, detailed, and helpful as to what to expect from their office. I was excited about meeting Dr. Ellen because of the interaction with her office staff and her portfolio of breast reduction work online. During my appointment with Dr. Ellen, I felt that she heard me, and respected my wishes completely. Unlike my other experiences, Dr. Ellen really understood what I wanted out of the surgery. She was warm, compassionate, and approachable, I knew then that I was at the right place, with the right surgeon. I left the office feeling great about the surgery. Now three months post-surgery, I feel great! All of my stitches have healed beautifully with minimal scarring and no complications. Now, I am off to enjoy retirement! I am grateful to Dr. Ellen and her wonderful staff for making me feel welcome and comfortable.

From the first phone call to make an appointment to the last day of my check-up day has been absolutely incredible and caring. Everyone in the office is kind, professional, and beautiful! Dr. Ellen shows so much care and concern for her patients, she really listened attentively and answered all my questions and not once did I feel rushed. She took the time to listen to me and walked me through the whole procedure from beginning to end. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Ellen and her team for anyone who is looking into getting work done. I do plan on becoming a life long client, I always feel so welcomed when i come!

Dr. Ellen did a wonderful job on my breast, liposuction, and tummy tuck procedures. Incision lines are neat and did not have any post op complications. Office staff is very attentive and available when needed. It's been a positive first experience with cosmetic surgery and have zero regrets about my decision.
