Thank you for your question. From this picture, it is very hard to see what you are concerned about but I will give you my answer for clients that have those types of lines. First, I asses the skin texture and laxity. If the lines are due to laxity, volume loss, or poor texture, I encourage some type of treatment to stimulate collagen. One way to do that is with collagen stimulating injectables like sculptra, ultra-dilute radiesse, or PDO smoothing threads. There are also a variety of devices too that can help ilke NeoGen PSR, RF microneedling, regular microneedling, PRP, the list can go on and on. When I look at this photo, from what I can see, you already look volumized and I would not want to add anymore volume to you so I wouldn't opt to inject ultra dilute radiesse or sculptra into your skin. Instead, I would go for PDO smoothing threads or some type of energy based device like NeoGen PSR to stimulate collagen, tighten the skin without adding more volume. Hi there! I have to say that I really love using Jeuveau. I am a national aesthetic instructor and am knowledgeable and inject with all of the different toxins. Just like anything in medicine, it isn't always the product, it is the person that performs the procedure. There can be quite a lot of variation in practices between providers. Each of the toxins has a different profile but in general we tend to always compare them to Botox. The different brands are Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Jeuveau, and Daxxify. They are all botulinum serotype A. The toxin is extracted differently and are of different molecular weights so therefore will act a little differently as far as spread and longevity. Some have additional proteins that can prolong the effect or create antibodies. The reason that I like Jeuveau is that this product when injected properly sets up the fastest of all the toxins. It has a similar duration to Botox and my clients feel less stiff. Again, it doesn't really matter which product you choose if you are reconstituting it appropriately, it's fresh and injected properly, you should get similar effects. There are also special ways that we can reconstitute toxins to give it similar longevity to Daxxify. Good luck and keep and open mind. If you try something and you don't like it, it will always wear off and you can go back to your favorite.

Hello. Thank you for your question. The main difference between the two fillers Voluma (Allergan) and RHA 4 (Revance) is how they are manufactured. They are both hyaluronic acid fillers but because of the way that they are made they are placed in different depths of the face. For instance, Voluma is a great lifting and sculpting filler but needs to be placed deep into the tissue, usually just on top of the bone. RHA 4 can be place into the deep dermis in the hypodermis. This allows it to give lift without being noticeable when you animate your face. RHA 4 allows a bit more versatility in its ability to be injected in more areas on the face. All that being said, I think that you look great and you don't need anymore filler from this picture!

The static wrinkle on the bridge of the nose is created by the procerus muscle depressing between the eyes. If you inject botox, you will paralyze the muscle and soften that line and prevent it from becoming deeper. If you have a deep static wrinkle there, you will need some type of skin resurfacing to correct that line and stimulate collagen. This would be laser ablation, microneedling, chemical peels, or microdermabrasion. Filler could be dangerous if injected by an inexperienced provider. Filler will only soften the line, it won't remove it. The only way to remove it is from one of the methods above. Good luck!

Yes, you can do just your crows feet, otherwise known as the obicularis oculi muscle. This is responsible for closing the eye. If you can't close the eye tight then it will naturally relax. Perhaps the injector saw something different and needed to treat the opposing muscle group. It is hard to tell without seeing you in person and how you are animating. There are other areas on the face like the forehead that looks best when it is injected with the glabella complex as well. This is because opposing muscle groups need to be treated to give a balanced natural esthetic. Good luck!
