Staff is very supportive and caring about patient comfort

Staff is very supportive and caring about patient comfort during procedure. Everyone from front desk to support staff is friendly and personable! Technician took the time to explain procedure and what follow up I needed to do to maximize results desired.

Too many unnecessary mistakes that could have been avoided

Just a heads heads up to anyone thinking about going to this surgery center for cosmetic surgery....Don't go. The doctor that performed the surgery is fairly good; however since it only been 3 weeks since my surgery and I can't see the full results I will wait to comment on the outcome in another review regarding my thigh lift. The front staff is ok, however a few of the  assistants and ...

Surgery didn't make me look younger at all, only older

On 9/19/2022, Dr Jeffrey DeWeese did a facelift for me, after I woke up from his surgery, I found he had sent me to the "Hell". 1. His surgery was completely failed. He didn't make me look younger at all, only older. Big scars all over my neck, my ears, my head(fortunately covered by hair). My neck was connected to jaw messily - please see the photos attached with this review.2. I got a MAJOR...

Damaged Arms

Do not go to Precision MD. Dr. Khattab is not experienced in this procedure. He promised me that I could trust hi and he would do a good job and even sculpt my arms. The outcome was a lie. He damaged my arms. I have been to my regular doctor and consults from other professionals and they all told me he is not skilled and damaged the tissue and took out too much fat. When I approached him with...

Unsatisfied with Procedures Completed

My experience was not very good, this was my first procedure & was so excited! I had been wanting liposuction for so long. I had great expectations but I almost fainted after the procedure & the Dr. didn't seem to even care. The work done didn't turn out as promised, I had a bulge on one side of my tummy & so I asked to have it fixed & I was told to wait a few weeks well it...

46 Q&A

Q: 450cc, Mentor, moderate plus - my implants are too small, do I need to consider revision? (Photos)
Answered by Dr. DeWeeseNovember 9, 2022

A: Often after a breast augmentation the implants ride high and it can take up to six months for them to drop. You didn't mention exactly how long ago the surgery was but if it was less than six months ago, wait for the implants to drop, this can be facilitated by wearing a pectoral strap around the chest and upper poles of your breasts.

Q: Breasts dropped after lift 6 months ago - nipples too high? (Photos)
Answered by Dr. DeWeeseNovember 9, 2022

A: Unfortunately you have experienced first hand the phenomenon of "bottoming out" If the surgeon makes the breasts look perfect on the operating table, then skin below the nipples stretches out making the nipples upturned. The only way to correct this without making scars above the nipples is to do another lift to push the breast tissue back up behind the nipples. Synthetic absorbable or biodegradable mesh or the patient's own dermis in the form of an "internal bra" can prevent or delay the re-bottoming out process.

Q: Is there anyway I can have breast augmentation for more lift & fullness without the cutting of a lift? (Photos)
Answered by Dr. DeWeeseNovember 9, 2022

A: Well, it isn't optimal but you could have a donut mastopexy where we make an oval incision around and above your areola and then place a cinching suture around that cut to pull the oval into a circle the size you want your areolas. In addition we could place a large (400 cc or greater) cohesive gel implant that tends to hold its shape in the upper pole. The scar would end up in the periphery of your areolas and not be very noticeable. If it were to get hypertrophic there are lots of treatments, triamcinolone injections, laser, silicone gel sheeting that could treat that. That would make your nipples point straight ahead and not down!

Q: Which size should I go for - 260cc or 285cc? (Photo)
Answered by Dr. DeWeeseNovember 9, 2022

A: Without being able to measure your chest directly, it seems that both implants would fit fine. Whenever the patient can't decide between two sizes I always say go for the bigger one, because I hear, "I wish I had gone just a little bit bigger", a lot more offen then I hear, "I should'a gone smaller"!

Q: My implant has moved and I can feel it. Should I be concerned?
Answered by Dr. DeWeeseNovember 9, 2022

A: I would suggest you take photos of the problem and ask your surgeon if it is okay to send them to him via email. He is the best one to advise you as to whether this is normal or not.
