What can I do to reduce my turkey neck? If my tongue is held to the upper palate its not as visible (see photos). I am generally at a relatively low body fat % and I workout 5-6 days a week. Thanks in advance.
I currently lift weights 6 days/week and walk a minimum of 10k steps per day. I'm soon getting both chin liposuction and buccal fat removal done, and I was wondering how soon I could start building back up to my current workout routine so as to not hinder my recovery and achieve optimum results? Thank you!
Im plus size (5ft6, 250 pounds) and unhappy with my double chin. I wanted to know if I would be a feasible candidate to have chin liposuction? I really dislike what I see in the mirror. I exercise regularly, don't smoke, rarely drink and apart from weight would be considered otherwise healthy. Many attempts at weight loss have failed.
I tried chin exercises specifically chin ups, and I ended up overworking the platysma muscle/ chin muscles. I stopped 6 months ago, and The muscles have been slightly sore/tight ever since. Can I still do the procedure? Or should I get physical therapy, and try to get rid of the tightness/ soreness first. I want the procedure to get rid of my double chin.
I hate how I look from the side. I feel like theres no separation from my chin to my neck and when I see pics of me from the side, I cringe. Its like I have a double chin but none at all. Just fat hanging down. I appreciate any and all recommendations. Im 29 years old and very active in the gym.
not so sure understand why the opinions of doctors on here is that double chin exercise is not possibel... wouldnt getting thinner and stronger neck muscles tighten and eventually reduce the appearance of the chin fat... So depressed if my double chin is here to stay unless i get surgery! no disrespect to the doctors here!
My Dr has told me 6 weeks but I am wondering if this differs on the type of exercise you are doing. So what would it be for jogging? Swimming? Cross fit? Weights? these are my most common exercises and understand they will all have different levels of cardio/ strain? I also understand that you should aim to be at your optimum weight prior to your procedure but I was carrying about 4k-5kg of Winter weight. Also if I'm currently 79-80k and like to be at 74-75kg, will that have an impact?
