Is neck liposuction possible when obese?

Im plus size (5ft6, 250 pounds) and unhappy with my double chin. I wanted to know if I would be a feasible candidate to have chin liposuction? I really dislike what I see in the mirror. I exercise regularly, don't smoke, rarely drink and apart from weight would be considered otherwise healthy. Many attempts at weight loss have failed.
