I'm a 44 y/o female and have deep hollows in my cheeks after a buccal fat removal. As I'm unhappy with the result, I had filler injected into where the fat was removed but filler does not last very long with me. I'm also looking to reduce the fat under my chin and jawline and to reduce jowls. I would appreciate it if I got advice on what procedures would be beneficial for my issues. Thank you.
Hello, I am 30 years old and was wondering if I am a candidate for buc cal fat my lower cheeks really bother me, and I would like a more slender v shape . not want more filler or Botox I have had them before. Maybe I would only get some on my chin. Would it make my face to hallow or make me look old ?
I'm looking to achieve a slimmer lower face (V-shape). Asked about masseter Botox but was suggested to seek buccal fat removal first. Would I be a good candidate for buccal fat removal? I'm turning 40 next year and I'm afraid of looking too gaunt/hollow. Are there any other less invasive options to slim the lower cheeks? Scared I might miss my buccal fat in the future if I get them removed!
What can be done for my oblong face with recently sunken undereyes/cheeks, prominent nasolabial fat (malar fat) only around nose (which bothers me the most), perioral mound fat and little bit of chin fat which is obvious only when I look down.(I had cheek and undereye filler 4 years ago, feel like it is not resorbed and gone down, but my estetic dermatologist doesn't believe it can be residual filler from so long ago).I have no static wrinkles. When I smile the hollowness disappear.
My left-side 3/4 profile view has a deep hollow which gives me a crescent shape. I have a strong jaw that is probably off center but I don't have the money or the will to get jaw surgery. The other side looks normal at this angle. I feel like adding volume into that area would improve it, but I don't know where I'd ask to get the filler, as I can't find anything online for that exact region other than buccal fat *removal*. Anyway, I've edited a photo to show what I'm going for, please advise.
I am 24 years old and I got buccal fat removal in July 2020. It was the biggest mistake of my life and I wake up depressed everyday. It's only been a year and my face has changed drastically. I look older and tired and my face looks really hollowed. I don't know why the doctor said I was a good candidate, he said I would get the results I wanted. Is there anyway that I can bring back the youthfulness of my face or add fat? I don't want to do fillers forever.
Hi, Im 31 and had buccal fat removal on one side of the face to make it more symmetrical. The surgeon removed too much fat and I already regret it. If I do facial fillers to fix and if I get it done repeatedly, how will this affect my skin and face in the long term? Is it best and more natural-looking to do a fast transfer? With fat transfer can I achieve a look that does a good job of filling out the hollow appearance in the buccal area or is this difficult to achieve?
I have always felt my face is somewhat too 'soft'. As if my the features of my lower face are covered by a veil of fat. I was wondering what procedure you would recommend in order to get more defined facial features and more hollow cheeks? The most important feature being the lines from the cheekbones to the chin (as seen in the last picture added) I have considered: - Jawline/chin/cheekbone implants - Buccal fat removal - Light upper neck liposuction
I would like create that gaunt model look which include defined cheeks and chin. I went to a resident clinic and they do not do implants so my only option really is buccal fat removal which the chief surgeon said would show minimal results. Can anybody suggest a good filler to combine with fat removal? I know cheeks implants take a while to settle which I don't want
Had a consult with a surgeon initially about removing buccal fat and chin lipo to slim my face and add definition. He suggested also transferring fat to cheeks and to my chin to give it a more v shape. Also my under my eyes are very hollow but he said it wasn't a good idea to add fat there so I'm worried that adding fat to my cheeks will make my under eyes look even more hollow. Just feel depressed with my face. What would be the best procedures to get a more contoured face. Thank you!
