My left-side 3/4 profile view has a deep hollow which gives me a crescent shape. I have a strong jaw that is probably off center but I don't have the money or the will to get jaw surgery. The other side looks normal at this angle. I feel like adding volume into that area would improve it, but I don't know where I'd ask to get the filler, as I can't find anything online for that exact region other than buccal fat *removal*. Anyway, I've edited a photo to show what I'm going for, please advise.
Answer: Lower Face Hollowness Hi there! I see what you're referring to in your photos. I wouldn't suggest buccal fat removal as we reserve that to try and create more narrowing / shadowing. You can try filler in the lower cheek area where you've shown. I would recommend a softer product in order to avoid any lumpiness or unevenness. Fat transfer is also another option. As you may know, fat can last 5-10 years on average and is your body's own, natural filler. Seek consultation with a facial plastic surgeon to find out more. Hope this helps.

Answer: Consider your options for lower face hollowness Thank you for posting your question and photos. You may benefit from dermal fillers or a facial fat transfer to volumize the area of the face you’re referring to. Dermal fillers can provide soft enhancement in the cheek area by adding fullness, with results lasting for approximately 6-12 months. Removing fat from another part of the body and injecting it into the face is a natural option for restoring volume and enhancing the contour of the cheek area. Results from a fat transfer can last for up to three years. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon who can assess your concern and suggest the best approach to help you achieve your aesthetic goals.

Answer: Fat grafting You should be seen in person to be evaluated from multiple angles, but you look to have a strong jaw and cheekbones. While some people have large buccal fat pads causing excess fullness in this area of the cheek, you have the opposite and are more hollow in this region. This could likely be addressed with fat grafting to the superficial cheek fat compartments that lie in this area.
