While some people have large buccal fat pads causing excess fullness in this area of the cheek, you have the opposite and are more hollow in this region. Hi there! I see what you're referring to in your photos. I wouldn't suggest buccal fat removal as we reserve that to try and create more narrowing / shadowing. You can try filler in the lower cheek area where you've shown. I would recommend a softer product in order to avoid any lumpiness or unevenness. Fat transfer is also another option.
