I am 5 days post op and have extreme pain in my nipple when I try to lift my right arm above my head to fix my hair or grab a glass of water. I cant go back to work until I can wash and style my hair. Its not happening on the left, only on the right. Feels like my stitches are ripping or the skin is burning.
Im 1 week post-op from a breast lift and augmentation (and tummy tuck). I know Im still very early in the game. In your experience, do you find patients who receive a lift (along with their augmentation) have their implants drop later than those patients who are just receiving an augmentation? My left breast seems to be lowering but my right breast (dominant side) seems to want to stay perched high! On average, when do implants drop and fluff? For reference: 425cc mentor silicone unders
May 13, 2018 makes it 8 days post op for me. I had a breast replacement, breast life with silicone implants 580cc under the muscle. Its the 8th day Im off my pain meds but I have been bleeding for the past 2 days. Im kind of scared! Any suggestions of what is happening
Im 5 days post op and underwent a 350cc gummy bear implant with breast lift. I was really expecting my nipples to be much higher and central on the chest, but they arent much higher from where I started from. Will my nipples rise and become more central as my implants drop? Any advice is appreciated!
46 years old. Had breast lift with 320cc smooth Mentor high profile implants above the muscle on 3/1/19. Recovery has been great, little to no pain. Im early in recovery but I am so pleased already. My concern is that my left breast has an occasional localized dull burning sensation and feels warm to the touch, and skin appears to be more red. I do not have my first post op check until next week. No swelling evident, its not constant, just very concerned. I added a photo of the spot.
Hello just had a Breast lift with implants under the muscle on Thursday. While at home laying in bed, I used the Lower part of my body (meaning my legs to move up in bed and place a pillow under my butt to get comfortable, now I feel as if my right breast implant has moved upward is this normal. It doesnt hurt I can just feel it.
I can feel these ridges on the outer side of my right breast. Had a lift through areola only with silicone implant exchange. I also can hear a popping sound when I touch them. Is that the implant? Is this normal? Looks like stretch marks which I didnt have before.
8 days post-op. got a breast lift with augmentation on 6/6/18. I was told to take off the steri-stripes on day 7, which I did yesterday. Still feels like I need something to cover the incisions (mainly around my nipple). I bought gauze and put them in my bra. Theyre very itchy. Dont know how to care for them now. Any tips on how to clean, ointment, when to start scar treatment, etc, would be appreciated. Cant get in touch with surgeon. I got it done in Miami and live in New York.
I'm only six days post opt, so I know it's still very early. But I was wondering if coned shaped breast are normal after a breast lift. They're very pointy, and the bottom part of my breast aren't round. They're flat. My nipples aren't even either. I have been looking at photos of other lift and augmentaions, and I really haven't seen a case like mine. I have also tried looking it up, but can't find anything. Will my breast eventually correct themselves?
