I am not sure exactly what happened but i am having pain in my right breast. I do not recall a specific injury that made me jump & say OUCH..but my husband may have been too rough with my breast because i noticed discomfort the next day. It has been 3 wks & my pain and the location of the pain has been all over the map..i have been taking ibuprofen..my PS says i may have torn my pocket. If so, how long does it take to heal? I feel so helpless & cant do anything that requires my using my chest
Are my implants suppose to be so high like this? I have 480 saline on lefy side and 500 in right. I just feel like with that big of an implant they would be a LOT bigger. Also What's everyone's experience in the first few days with pain? I'm only using Ib profien and in pain.
Since my surgery I've been getting migraines. I just took 1,000mg of tylenol, and 600mg of ibuprofen and my head is still pounding. I didnt get these until after the implants got put it. I had tissue expanders and they were fine.
I am 4 Days post op. I had my post op appointment yesterday. My PS said there are no signs of hematoma. The bruise on my right breast was not as bad as it is today. Is this normal? There is no pain at at all just normal soreness and nerve pain that comes and goes at both incision sites. I had not taken any ibuprofen until yesterday evening, could that have been what caused the bruising to appear more?
I had surgery 6 weeks ago. 800cc under the muscle with a lift. My recovery was going extremely well and I randomly just woke up with a sore/swollen left breast. Hurt so badly. I ran a slight fever today, took ibuprofen and brought my temp down back to normal. Called the surgery nurse and she didn't seem bothered, she said she would run it by my surgeon to see if I should come in. As if rudeness and an attitude makes me feel any better. How likely is it to randomly get an infection overnight?
I am having severe nausea from the oxycodein prescribed to me so I instead took Ibuprophen once and I feel a lot better. Pharmacist said it was better than the Tylenol. Should I stop taking the ibuprofen since I'm reading that Tylenol is better for post-op?
Do I have to reschedule my surgery? What should I avoid, or what are good things to do to prepare my body for better recovery? Like pineapple juice for bruising, and no smoking for healing. Please email me. My email address is my user name
I have quite a large stubborn seroma following the removal of breast implants 6 months ago. I took an ibuprofen today and it feels much more comfortable. I have had it aspirated but it refilled within a few days.
