Since my surgery I've been getting migraines. I just took 1,000mg of tylenol, and 600mg of ibuprofen and my head is still pounding. I didnt get these until after the implants got put it. I had tissue expanders and they were fine.

Yes, these does sound like an allergic reaction or an intolerance to Singulair. I would stop taking it immediately. Another medication you can take instead of Singulair, for breast implant capsules, is Vitamin E, 2,000 IU/day for 3 months.Good Luck!
