I had lipo and fat transfer to my hips only (no transfer to butt) Im wondering if heavy weight lifting will make my hips smaller and burn the fat since your hips are all fat, or if it will make my hips wider? Most people talk about weight lifting and your butt after bbl. Which I know because your butt has muscles, but Im wondering if heavy weights will make my hips wider along with my butt? I notice a lot of bbl girls do Pilates instead of weight lifting. Is it because it will burn your fat
Im a 32-year-old man. 180cm; 77.5 kg/170.85 lbs. and 23.9 BMI. Ive been on a calorie deficit while lifting weights for 8 months, losing 35 pounds (Im not in a hurry) and want to lose more, before bulking up to get in shape. I hate my butt. Whenever I sit, I can feel my hip bone. I want it to just look bigger, however, I dont want it to look fake. I want to look like whoever may give me the most realistic expectations of the provided examples. Am I good or should I lose more weight?
About 3 years ago I lost 80lbs and have maintained my loss. I'm 5'7 and weigh 126lbs now. I have a indent in my left glute. I originally thought it was a glute I'm imbalance. I do lift weights 4x a week. I do bilateral exercises to strengthen that glute but nothing has changed. What do you think it is/ caused this? What could fix it?
Say someone gets a BBL but still wants an even bigger booty, but this time wants to grow their butt by weightlifting and growing the muscle. Will it be harder and take longer to notice results since theres more fat on top of the muscle?
I'm trying to preserve the little fat transferred and improve the appearance of my booty projection; would heavy lifting squats destroy the fat transferred 7.5 weeks ago? I always had great results from squats prior to surgery, not sure if I can body build so soon.
