Everything was absolutely amazing. Dr. Diana, Heather, Dr. Smith, the nurses (especially the one who did pre-op and post-op with me), everyone was absolutely wonderful, extremely helpful and courteous. I never received emails which is why I gave a three but I feel that's only because everything is kept much more personal. Everything else was better then I could ever have expected.and I hope to return for any future procedures. I have also recommended Dr. Diana and staff and am completely comfortable showing people why because I feel what he did was art. My breasts are absolutely perfect (a perfect sculpture), and I am beyond satisfied.

My experience with Dr. Diana and his office staff has been amazing. He is such a kind and caring person, takes the time to listen and answer all questions. I have never felt rushed at appointments in any way. He made me feel at ease at all times and I have complete confidence in him and know that I am in in good hands. His office staff is awesome, Heather, Margaret and Monica are outstanding young ladies. I highly recommend Dr. Diana.

Dr. Diana and his staff are friendly, attentive and informative. They made me feel comfortable and always followed up with me. I never waited more than 5 minutes in the waiting room, and Dr. Diana did exactly what I wanted. He did beautiful work. My breasts look natural and proportioned. I wish I would've done this sooner.

He gave me exactly the result i had hoped for, and the process was simple. He respected my feelings and my need for a speedy process (had to relocate 4 weeks after surgery) The only thing I felt was that I would have liked more one on one with him preop, as at times I felt he had other places to be. But given the beautiful result, i believe he was truely attentive to my feelings on the procedure. I mention the fact that he seemed rushed not as a complaint, but more to reassure you that he is truely attentive when he may not seem to be at the moment. Hope that makes sense. I give him my highest reccomendation and utmost respect.

I'm not rating everything just yet but am thinking it will be a lovely outcome. Time will tell. He mentioned the "staining" response to ya'll questions. Said that happens to Italian women most, or ppl with dark skin.

Why this rating? All my needs were met! You know... I was concerned about price... even thought about going into Mexico for something affordable. Thankfully, I found Dr. Diana and didn't have to bluff my way across a border town. He is good. His people are good. Now? I'm good, too! He was communicative from start to finish. He is calm and reassuring. His staff are exceptional. I know... I already said that... but it is true. I have never felt abandoned or neglected or slighted or that I was just another number... or a meal ticket. They are genuinely professional and ethical and great providers. Dr. Diana is - of course - the whole reason for this testimony. People yack up the phrase "game changer." Well, Dr. Diana is a LIFE CHANGER. His expertise. His aesthetic. His demeanor. His approach. Everything. Everything has led me to trust him with my body...my future... my money...and I ... you know... I don't know what I was thinking when I went into this... I had a vague ideal of somehow just looking "normal" - but I have been... no... not restored. Restored would mean putting me back to a state I was before. So, that makes this easy... I have been TRANSFORMED. And I am so very freaking happy. Seriously, he has been so good to me. Case in point: even over a holiday - while he was on vacation and his very able staff were taking care of business... he called me personally to reassure me on a question I had during my recovery.

Dr. Diana did not try to "sell" me. He was totally professional, very thorough and spent a lot of time making sure we made the correct decision on how to proceed. I was very impressed with the amount of time he took with me during the free consultation, which included a thorough exam, discussion of why I wanted the procedure and what results I expected. His manner of explaining everything was excellent and easy to understand; all of my questions were answered.

The staff is amazingly wonderful and friendly. Dr. Diana listened to my descriptions of what I wanted and explained clearly and patiently what I sholud expect after my procedure. The only complaint I might have is, after my surgery, I felt rushed out by the nurse. I had spent the full hour in recovery, but was still very whoozy. Otherwise, it was a wonderful experience and I'm glad that I when with Dr. Diana and his staff.
