After over a decade of contemplating breast augmentation, I bit the bullet after a good friend had a wonderful experience with Dr. Tantillo earlier in the year. From the fabulous and informative first consult, to the follow up visit with my husband (that I initiated and Dr. Tantillo was understanding of), I felt like I was in great hands. Even something as simple as not charging a... more
Hello everyone. I'm 25 years old and I want big boobs. Lol I've always had a big butt, but not the ta ta's to match. I recently had a baby in Dec 2013, and I breastfed until about 2-3 weeks ago. Just started looking into price ranges and size. I'm a 34a right now. Before I got pregnant I was 34b. I gained 60 lbs with pregnancy and lost it all just recently. Now just trying to get back to being... more
I'm 39 a Mother of 4 beautiful children. After breastfeeding my last two children it left my breast sad and droopy empty sacks of skin. I always had small breast and have always wanted a BA so I waited till I was finished having children. After much research and doctors visits I found Dr. Michael Tantillo. I'm still early in my results but I'm very happy so far.
I went with 385cc and 415cc... more
I have always had small breasts. After losing 80 lbs I loved my new figure but my breasts were even smaller and deflated. I decided to start looking into getting my breasts done and Dr. Darrow was the first of a few Dr's I had a consultation with. He was so nice, answered all my questions and put me at ease. I didn't feel rushed talking with him, he took measurements and let me know the... more
After years of talking about it, I finally made the decision to schedule a BA. I have no idea what to expect because I can't imagine my boobs looking normal. I've made the choice to go with 325cc silicone implants under the muscle... but I'm really stressing over that decision. All I want is nicely shaped, natural looking boobs and I just don't know what will be too big or too small. I'll... more
We are supposed to develop breasts when all of our friends do, right? Around 12 they started, just like everyone else I knew...but they never seemed to get much past the pea to pancake stage! My mom kept telling me I was a late developer...then after breastfeeding two kids and having VS tell me we don't have anything smaller...I decided to take nature into my own hands!
For the record I... more
I am thrilled with my results! I am a mother of two young children so making the decision to have a breast augmentation was not a quick one. I had been thinking about it for a couple of years as after my first child my breasts were not as full and then after my second child the upper part of my breasts were flat. Dr. Seckel took the time to truly listen to my concerns and walk me through the... more
After having my children and getting back to my pre-baby body as much as possible, I was feeling terribly self-conscious about the deflated appearance of my 34 A breasts. While I was grateful for the nourishment they brought my children, there was no amount of working my chest muscles that could rectify the loose, sagging skin which practically folded over in my bra. I never thought I'd get... more
I would love to have cleavage with and without clothes on. I want to be able to buy clothes that fit my body, verses having to size down to accommodate my chest. My breasts are not proportionate to my body, and I am hoping BA fixes that.
I am concerned with symmetry, and negative health effects such as infections, DVT, capsular contractions, and so on but my doctor is aware of this and I... more
I had a mild case of tuberous breasts and a 34A pre-op. I have an athletic body and a small chest and wanted a more proportionate body, a nice D cup. 250 and 280 cc silicone moderate profile plus impants were used on either side, with 100 ccs of fat from thighs. It is almost a month post-op, and I am extremely disappointed with the size. They come nowhere near what I wanted. They are a 34B.... more
Growing up, I have always been flat and envied women with at least B to C cup breast. In college, I was determined to just be satisfied with my chest size and hope it will eventually get larger.
However, after college my chest size did not change. I've also seen my sisters who are also small chested (34a-b) have babies and go back to the same size. At that point , I realized my chest size... more
I've always wanted to change my breast size. Equipped with my 32A I visited Dr. Darrow in June of 2013. He was the first Surgeon I saw for this procedure and left there knowing he was the guy. I booked my surgery for September and decided on a size of 300cc Moderate plus silicone. Dr. Darrow was very informative and supportive the entire time. Helping me pick the correct size and projection... more
Can any ladies recommend a great plastic surgeons in Boston that does breast augmentation? I've always wanted to have this done but chicken out but now I'm ready. So I finally did it. I booked my surgery for April 2nd. It's only about a month away! I left my consultation feeling nervous, excited, and anxious. I'm currently a 34B and hope to be a full C after the surgery. The doctor said that because I already have a good amount of breast tissue naturally that I would not require a large implant. I chose saline because I feel more comfortable than with... more
Hi everyone!! So after days of pouring over every ones reviews, I've decided it's time to make my own. First a little bit about myself... I am 31 years old, 5'1 (if I'm standing really tall) and weigh 125 lbs. I have always wanted a breast augmentation. I have felt insecure about the size/shape since I was 13 years old. I remember watching all my friends start to bud, and grow, while looking... more
After thinking about breast implants on and off for about 10 years I finally decided to do it! I'm excited but at the same time really nervous about it. I just want to make sure I don't go to big or to small. I'm 44 yrs old a mom of three beautiful kids ages 23, 7, and 5 and breast feed all three and my breast are deflated, uneven and just not what they use to be. I am very... more
Hello beautiful women--I've been reading around on this site for weeks, preparing for my surgery. What a wonderful and supportive community this is! I'm so grateful to you all for sharing your experiences. So, I am ready to add my own. I'm 47, newly divorced, 5'6" and 130 fit pounds (I'm a swimmer). I've always wanted bigger bad-ass boobs--I'm a 34-36 small B now. I'm considering sizes of... more
I had my augmentation done by a board certified plastic surgeon. I did my homework, and visited with over 5 doctors. I paid consultation fees with some, and others didn't require them. I chose my doctor because of his qualifications and his wonderful bedside manner. He had many of the same beliefs as myself, his staff were also part of my decision to go with him. Not only did I have breast... more
After much debating about doctor and size I went in for my Augmentation and Mastopexy on October 2nd. I decided last minute to err on the side of smaller than larger as I was very scared of being "too big". I fear this may have been a mistake and now wish I was slightly bigger. I have 375cc on my left and 350cc on my right. Originally we had spoken about 400 and 425. I know it is still... more
