My PS gave me the green light to work out again, but can I take creatine.I'm trying to get back into body building, but I don't want anything to compromise or delay my final result. Also noticing swelling since I've gone back to the gym.
Hello Doctors, I am getting my rhino in 2 months from now. So I have been gathering all the information i can get . So quick question . 1. I have been eating Grill Tuna for my diet and its been almost a year now,. I feel good and healthy . My question, after rhino can you still have the same food? Heard that you have to avoid seafood? If i have to avoid , Where else i can get the protein from? Thanks
I have a rhinoplasty scheduled in a month and my recent blood work came back with my AST and ALT levels a bit higher than the norm. I do not drink at all and we already ruled out Hepatitis B and C, so it's likely that something else is causing these enzymes to be elevated (possibly a high protein diet according to my doctor). My question is, if I'm completely healthy and with my liver enzymes being a bit higher than the norm, would I have to reschedule my rhinoplasty??
I was told to stop taking any vitamins, herbals, and aspirins 2 weeks before my rhinoplasty. I am big into working out already lost 20lbs and been taking whey protein everyday. Will it be a problem if I stop taking the rest of the supplements but stay on whey protein until 2 days before surgery?
