I am 6 weeks post op and I've had 2 very large bones on my nose since my cast removal that are only getting more apparent as time goes on making my nose look deformed and crooked. I never had these bone humps before and am concerned. Will I require a revision? Why would a doctor implant bumpy bones in this spot?

I'm 6.5 weeks post op revision septorhinoplasty. My surgery was apparently complex, with tip & nostril work. My main concern right now is how huge it looks. Instead of it getting smaller it seems to just be getting bigger and bigger. It looks so long and so over projected. After 3 surgeries this is not what I expected. Is it likely to get shorter? I've actually hit rock bottom in terms of my mental state about this...Need some honest opinions about it.
Had secondary rhino and a fascia was used as I have thin skin (also had slight further rasping of bone on bridge). I feel where the fascia was used appears swollen... How long does it take for fascia swelling to settle on average? Operation was 6.5 weeks ago. In addition, does air travel/ humidity have an effect on the level of swelling? Thanks!
I had a revision rhinoplasty/septoplasty 6 weeks ago. I still cannot breathe normally. My bridge feels very constricted and I can only feel very little air getting through. I'm scheduled to see my surgeon in a couple of weeks. Is this normal? Also visually, my bridge is very pinched looking just below the nasal bones. I think was reduced TOO much in size from it's original state and this might be causing airway problems.
I had a revision rhinoplasty 6 weeks ago & my nose is very stiff because of the rip graft, but my smile and laugh are not back to normal, my upper lip doesnt lift like it used to and i think it looks a little weird when I smile. Will my smile ever go back to normal?? when will I see my final results, and will the rip graft get smaller in the next 6 months to a year? also can something be done if the graft is warping? my nose is not sraight and am worried it is not swelling
Hi! It has been almost 7 weeks now from my sill excision. The problem is i was pretty sure 5 mm from each side would give me a good change and the base width i was looking for. The surgeon told he indeed removed 5mm from each side but the results are so week. I mean i feel no more than 2 mm are removed.. i still have a large nose, and flaring nostrils..which bothers me a lot. Please could you confirm if this is indeed a 5mm skin removal results? and if i do revision will i hav the result i want?
I had a open revision rhinoplasty 6 weeks ago and I wore HEAVY Ray Ban Prescription glasses for a couple hours yesterday, and my nose felt kinda sensitive and odd until I woke up this morning and it got better. I'm scared I moved my bones because my nose was sensitive for like 10 hours.
I am a bodybuilder and I had a revision rhinoplasty 6 weeks ago. In 1 week I would need to restart my training & I am required to start taking Nitric Oxide supplements (NO-XPLODE). I want to know how this will affect my nose because nitric oxide supplements works by dilating blood vessels making them wider so that more blood can be delivered, therefore increasing blood flow in the body & improving circulation. This supplement also contain large amounts of caffeine.
