It is okay to use aloe vera but it is more important to have your surgeon examine you and make sure that it is not related to the implant. All The Best !

Thank you your question and including photos. From your photos I would be concerned for a possible infection. Also I recommend using an antibiotic ointment inside your nose like bacitracin instead of the aloe vera gel. It is important that you see your surgeon soon so he/she evaluate your nose and do an intranasal examination as well. They may want to start antibiotics. Best of luck.
