Rhino revision with Gore-tex, should I be worried about this red bump at the tip? Is it an infection? 6 weeks post. (photo)

im, so worried about this red bump or pimple beside the tip on the right i dont know what is this ill show it in pictures anyway i had a revision last may 31 2017 and its goretex before it was silicon will i be worried about this red and is it ok to use aloe ver gel as moisturizer in my nose ? but before i encounter this last 3 days that red pimple but it has gone when i use aloe ver gel . will this a sign of infection >? pls help thanks and godbless
