I loved my first boobs. I was very lucky. I had a great doctor. My only complaints would be that I wish she would have let me go bigger (though I was only 100 lbs at the time and I can understand why she didn't) and I still have to wear a push up bra for cleavage. After reviewing my wish pics, Dr Nahai has recommended 550-600 cc silicone implants. I just hope that he is able to give me some cleavage!

Surgery Complete!

Surgery complete and I was home by 10:30am. I felt great and couldn't get over how minor the pain was.....then I woke up at 12am. I couldn't move. I felt like I had been beaten with a bat and run over by a truck. I called the doctor in tears. The nurse said that I should have been staying on top of the pain and not conserving my meds. I was just afraid of running out over the weekend. Anyway, what I have seen so far looks great. I think he did n amazing job!
