I didn’t have a phone for a while, but my boobs are still doing great! I’ll post some photos but so far they’re still great! Haven’t had any signs of capsular contracture, or any pain. I just keep massaging them and they’re doing well! Love all of you, and I hope you’re all doing well with your journey!

I’m only one month post op but so far I love my breasts! Dr. Saar let me get the large size I have been wanting, while still keeping my health in mind. i also haven’t experienced any arm pain the way I did after my first surgery. I feel so much better. He was kind, caring, and tried his best to make sure I got what I wanted. His staff is also amazing and they spent a lot of time talking to me/answering my questions. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants an augmentation or revision.

Also I'm a 34 DDD most of the time, but I also like tight bras so I'll size down to a DD.
I'm just gonne say wow! You look stunning! Good to hear that you and your boobs are doing well. The massaging is important to keep them healthy. Thanks for your continued updates. It's soo often you see girls do regular updates until their boobs have healed and then they just stop. Most of us wanna know the long term efects and looks.
I fully agree!! I'm glad I've been able to help! :) yeah I just massage them before bed pushing them up, and pushing them together, and then bouncing them against a wall lightly. It's helped a lot so far :)

Yeah it looks ridiculous lol but it definitely helps (I think) haha I just bounce one of them against the wall at a time so basically I fall towards the wall and my boob will hit it, bouncing me back up. Lmao it's just when I feel like they're getting tight. Some surgeon did it on a YouTube video and said it helps to break the capsule up so I've been doing it ever since then hahaha
Implants can be run over lol so no. And I don't smash them into the wall it's a light bounce lol

I think they’re here to stay

Small one year anniversary photo party. Some of these photos weren’t very good, but I’m still so happy that they’re healthy and squishy and fully paid off lol I think/hope this is my permanent result. Don’t forget to massage, all the time.

No capsular contracture!

I’m a 34 ddd and still have healthy breasts! I’m wearing a push up bra from adoreme and figured I would post an update! They definitely feel like a part of me now :)
