650 HP mentor round smooth silicone *2nd augmentation*

I'm having a capsulotomy and implant exchange in four days. I'm going from 385cc (L) 415cc (R) and i'm also changing my profile from a UHP to HP. I'm hoping this surgery gives me a fresh start without capsular contracture, and I really hope to have big, nice boobies (hopefully with more cleavage lol) I'll continue to update when I can! God I'm so nervous...this year has been terrible and I just want to feel sexy again.

Well the surgery itself was pretty scary, and I couldn’t seem to fall asleep under the anasthesia. Eventually, I was knocked out and had 650cc HP mentor silicone round implants placed under the muscle. A capsulotomy was also performed. Fingers crossed that everything continues to go smoothly. It hasn’t been as painful this time around.

So I would definitely say I’m experiencing less pain, but I’m still pretty sore at times. I’ve also noticed one breast is dropping faster than the other. According to the surgeon, 650cc barely fit inside of me. I can kind of tell it must have been a struggle, because my stitches have bled more this time, and massaging them is difficult since the implants don’t have much space inside of my breast yet. My nipples have lost sensation, but I’m hoping I’ll get it back like last time. My arms also get sore from holding things...but It may be because I’m not even a week post op yet.
