I had several blue veins around both eyes and was treated with the YAG laser. During the visit, I was also treated with IPL for melasma on the upper cheek/eye area. I developed broken capillaries afterwards and did not have any luck treating them with YAG or IPL. I just saw a dermatologist and she thinks I can get rid of them with the Vbeam laser but it might make the melasma worse. Is this the best option?
I have a few on my nose and they are actually very light and hard to notice in indoor lighting. It is mostly seen as a general redness in the area but if you look closely you can see really tiny veins. There is a few darker veins, and one obvious looking cluster, but overall its not too bad. How many treatments are needed? And what are the side effects/risks for someone with fair asian skin?
I have multiple red broken capillaries under my left eye. I've seen my derm about this who said I could get them treated with laser therapy. I'm just anxious about the risks involved and whether this would be an effective treatment in this area. I'm worried about potentially damaging the thin skin even further or potentially damaging my eyes. Is the vbeam laser safe to use in this area? And would laser treatment more safer and more effective than electrolysis to remove these telangiectasia.
I went to my two different physicians regarding the broken capillaries on my nose. One recommended Veinwave and the other recommended the Vbeam. Both procedures are expensive for one small area so I want to pick the best one to treat this area as Im sure multiple sessions will be needed.
Hello there. I am wondering what the best treatment is for broken capillaries on my lips from lip fillers? Theyve been here for about 2 years now and theyre starting to bother me. Ive reached out to many clinics about the VBeam laser for treating the lips, but many say they do not do this in their office. So is there anyone in Ontario who does this treatment/ or any other recommended treatments for this? Thanks
Recently had 1 of 3 rf microneedling treatments. I am afraid to do more because i believe it caused broken capillaries. Is that what this looks like? If so, should i skip the next sessions? Worried it will make them worse. I have read vbeam is good (or ipl) so i am wondering if i should treat first or wait until all microneedling is done. I am very afraid this will get worse from the microneedling & dont know what to do. This was not there prior. Provider only said to trust the process.
Since 12 years I have these small broken capillaries around my nose which I treated successful with all kind of lasers (IPL, Vbeam, YAG). In the last months, I had 5 Vbeam sessions and 1 YAG and the broken capillaries keep reappearing after a couple of weeks ( Im not sure if are the same, they shouldnt be right? ) anyways, Im very concerned and confused as during 12 years I never had this problem, for example a single session with Vbeam was enough for 2 years. What is wrong? Thank you
Hello, In the last 4 months I had 4 treatments for some broken capillaries around my nose( the problem is still persisting). Since the last treatment, 3 weeks ago, the redness around my nose didnt disappear. Is this hyperpigmentation? Is this ever gonna go away? Is there any cream I could use? This result is way much worse than some broken capillaries.
