Is this post inflammatory hyperpigmentation after Vbeam Perfecta? (photos)

Hello, In the last 4 months I had 4 treatments for some broken capillaries around my nose( the problem is still persisting). Since the last treatment, 3 weeks ago, the redness around my nose didn’t disappear. Is this hyperpigmentation? Is this ever gonna go away? Is there any cream I could use? This result is way much worse than some broken capillaries.

I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. For rosacea, I like a combination approach, using lasers (ProYellow, Pulsed Dye/Vbeam, Excel V, BBL, Pico), peels and botox to the cheeks. This makes dramatic changes in color and symptoms. The skin needs time to heal after...
