Why do small broken capillaries around nose keep reappearing after treatment?

Since 12 years I have these small broken capillaries around my nose which I treated successful with all kind of lasers (IPL, Vbeam, YAG). In the last months, I had 5 Vbeam sessions and 1 YAG and the broken capillaries keep reappearing after a couple of weeks ( I’m not sure if are the same, they shouldn’t be right? ) anyways, I’m very concerned and confused as during 12 years I never had this problem, for example a single session with Vbeam was enough for 2 years. What is wrong? Thank you

​The best treatments for capillary issues are vascular lasers such as pulsed dye laser, Excel V, Aerolase, Venus Versa IPL, BBL, Laser Genesis or Yellow laser. The settings are determined on a per case basis, so it is best to consult with an expert to determine what will work best for you. We often combine vascular lasers with non-ablative fractional lasers such as Clear + Brilliant or Venus Viva for better results.
