I'm concerning if my doctor did too much? she used 3 heads, 4.5mm 3mm and 1.5mm on my entire face and neck, total 1200 times. a few hours later I got quite some welts on my cheeks and side of my eyes. day 3 and the welts is much lighter but my cheek is a little swollen and itchy. from what I read it seems doctors usually only use the 1.5mm around the eyes . is there any harms for using it all over my face ? for example on my left cheek: 4.5mm: 60 *2 , 3.0mm: 45 *2 1.5mm: 45*2
It's day 2. I feel like my face is now slightly fuller, round, and I have two hard swollen bumps in my neck area. I've been reading all of the reviews on here (good and bad) and am feeling nervous. Now, that I am seeing how others have had bad experiences, I am concerned. I am suppose to go back and get the last treatment this Saturday, and I am considering canceling. If I don't follow through with the second treatment, will that effect my over all results, look or make things worse?
Within 1 week, I experienced severe dry eye, burning, swollen lids and a feeling of my eyeballs being tugged on from behind. I returned to the doctors office, she claimed Ultherapy could not do that, she was dismissive and sent me off saying I was experiencing allergies. An eye doctor diagnosed severe dry eye syndrome but said he did not know enough about ultherapy to say whether that was the cause. I am convinced my tear glands got burned and the heat damaged my eye tissues and muscles. Help.
I had Ulthereapy 5 days ago and my jaw line is still quite swollen and tender. The thing I am very concerned about though is the fact that the lower right side of my lip seems to be partially paralyzed, is this normal and when will it start working again?
I had ultherapy 3 weeks ago , my face and neck are very sore especially in my glands which are swollen. Inside of my throat hurts and I have had nausea and headaches. I cannot even touch my throat it feels burnt. I would never have had this if I knew the side effects were so serious.
I did this to correct mild sagging under chin and jowls. I'm 54. 12 days now. Procedure was excruciating. The swelling under chin and upper neck makes me look like I have a double chin and is where it hurt the most been 12 days also still numb under chin I'm getting concerned reading others saw good results immediately .
feels hot/numb/tingles everywhere on the rht side. I was so overwhelmed by the degree of the pain on the rht, I don't rem if she did 2 passes on the left. It didn't hurt AT ALL on the left. Now my rht side is huge and swollen and the left looks sunken compared to the rht. Is this nerve damage? Will I always be numb on the rht? Will the collagen grow asymmetrically and my face be lopsided as it looks and feels now? Its mon, I had this done last wed. I JUST want to look and feel even.
Hi there,Ive had Ultherapy (Ultraformer 3) with a registered practicing nurse, but I think the intensity might have been lowered on the right side of my face. My left side looks a lot fuller, and kind of still swollen, whereas my right looks fine/normal. Its made my face look a bit wonky and even my lips are raised at one side more than the other. Does anyone know if this will settle down and if the different intensities could effect my results or is it just normal to take some time to level?
