Ultherapy + Nose Q&A

My nose has been getting bigger and more bulbous (and Im only 32) and I wanted to see if any of these devices can tighten or shrink it. Is that a possibility? Have you seen any shrinking effects when used over the nose?

I have acne scars and want to eliminate them with picosure. I also want to do ultheraphy for my sagging skin and add volume in my nose. Which treatment shoud I do first in the same day? Thank you.

I am going for ultherapy soon and I think it will make a good difference to my jaw but can it also help reduce heaviness of nose to mouth creases?

Can Ulthera be used safely to narrow a rounded tip of the nose if the roundness is caused by a thick skin envelope instead of excess cartilage?

My upper lip has lengthened considerably as I've aged - so much so that it has changed my smile. This has been upsetting for me. As I have a dark olive complexion & scar too easily so wish to avoid surgery. Ulthera seemed to be the best solution, as I also have some skin laxity (I'm 37). When I went in for the treatment in Asia, the Dr. informed me that they DO NOT USE Ulthera on the upper lip (& nose) - what a let down! Is this normal practice in the States & if so, why?

how long should I wait after TSW before getting any facial treatment? I am 50 middle eastern with hyperpigmentation. Not allergic and never used steroid in my life but few months ago I had a lip lif operation, 3 weeks post op I got some rashes all around and on my nose, been prescribed FUSIDIN+HYDROCORTISONE%1 use it 3 times a day for 2 weeks then, off and on another 2 weeks and then when I stopped it TSW happened only on my face, it is 5 months now but 6 weeks without flare ups now.

I have some lumps and read somewhere it can help with this and breaking it down
