Are facial treatments safe after topical steroid withdrawal, Ultherapy RF, PRP microneedling laser, etc.? (Photos)

how long should I wait after TSW before getting any facial treatment? I am 50 middle eastern with hyperpigmentation. Not allergic and never used steroid in my life but few months ago I had a lip lif operation, 3 weeks post op I got some rashes all around and on my nose, been prescribed FUSIDIN+HYDROCORTISONE%1 use it 3 times a day for 2 weeks then, off and on another 2 weeks and then when I stopped it TSW happened only on my face, it is 5 months now but 6 weeks without flare ups now.
