I had Ultherapy four months ago, and Ive noticed my skin feels tighter, but Ive also lost facial fat, which has made my face look hollow. I thought the new collagen production would add some plumpness to my face, but it seems thats not happening. Does collagen from Ultherapy only tighten the skin, or can it also add volume? Additionally, what does Ultherapy target firstfat or skin layers? If I want to regain facial fat naturally without using fillers, is that possible? Would gaining weight
I am 39 years old, thin (5'3, 105 lbs), and seem to have lost a lot of fat in my face while breastfeeding that never returned. My neck is creepy with a turkey neck and very loose skin. Am thinking about trying Botox, Ultherapy, filler, CoolSculpting, BBL with Necktite or a combo platter. What would be best for me?
Id like to start getting Ultherapy or other tightening procedures regularly to prevent future sagging. But I think these devices can melt fat if used repeatedly. Im ok if the fat on my lower cheeks melt (I have chubby cheeks). But as I get older, Ill stat losing volume on my upper face. Is it better to do it just on my lower face and keep my fat? Or is it better to do it on the whole face and prevent future sagging, even if it means I might lose some volume?
Im in my early 40s. I plan to start doing Ultherapy (or other tightening energy devices) regularly to prevent future sagging. But if you do too much Ultherapy, can you lose fat and therefore create wrinkles? Or would it not create wrinkles because itll tighten your skin?
I started to notice fine lines around my mouth at 41 years of age. I decided to have an ultherapy glow treatment around my mouth when I went in for treatment on the lower face and neck. About four months later I went back and had another glow treatment around the mouth. Over the course of the next year I noticed that my mouth area seemed almost shrunken in with the development of way more fine lines. Could this be related to fat loss from the glow treatments? Was I over treated? Thank you
Im worried about having ultherapy done. I went somewhere that did a lot of expensive procedures that didnt have great results. Then, I went to a nurse aesthetician who provided simpler, less expensive, and more effective procedures. She has also suggested ultherapy, but Im terrified of fat loss in my neck and face. She says she has 20 years experience with ultherapy. How common is fat loss? Also, to do ultherapy on my face and neck everything Ive read says 60-90 minutes for full face and neck. I even asked her if 45 minutes would be enough time, and her response was, Yes, its not a long appointment. Should I be wary that shes cutting corners or not taking as long as she needs to?
I'm just about to move forward with Ultherapy until I read some of the very scary reviews. Can it potentially melt fat on the face or not? Does the energy reach that level? Can it give permanent nerve damage? What is the reason for these scary reviews if these side effects can't happen? Thank you very much for your time and opinion.
Its proven to be possible by doctors, peoples experience and research that it can cause fat loss. It's used to kill fat aka liposonix. Why do some doctors say no,are they really not educated on cell death and ultrasound?
I'm looking into getting ultherapy done on the cheek area to tighten up and lift my midface - basically the area from cheekbones to chin. I'm 38 and skeptical that it will even work, but I'm willing to take the chance as long as there are no negative effects. I have read that ultherapy can cause fat loss, and I definitely would not want to lose any more fat in my cheek area.
