Is it a good idea to have Ultherapy on the upper part of my face despite the chance that I might lose facial fat?

I’d like to start getting Ultherapy or other tightening procedures regularly to prevent future sagging. But I think these devices can melt fat if used repeatedly. I’m ok if the fat on my lower cheeks melt (I have chubby cheeks). But as I get older, I’ll stat losing volume on my upper face. Is it better to do it just on my lower face and keep my fat? Or is it better to do it on the whole face and prevent future sagging, even if it means I might lose some volume?
