Will Ultherapy create wrinkles due to fat loss?

I’m in my early 40s. I plan to start doing Ultherapy (or other tightening energy devices) regularly to prevent future sagging. But if you do too much Ultherapy, can you lose fat and therefore create wrinkles? Or would it not create wrinkles because it’ll tighten your skin?

A combination approach would give the most improvement with Ultherapy for neck skin tightening. I recommend Ultherapy with radiofrequency treatments, lasers, microneedling/PRP, and/or Sculptra to get increased collagen, tightening and improved skin tone. Ultherapy is the only device FDA cleared to lift multiple levels of skin, including the deepest layer where plastic surgeons would operate during a face lift. Other devices will only tighten. The added visualization of ultrasound ensures that Ultherapy targets only collagen under the skin and not fat. The same cannot be said of radiofrequency devices (like Morpheus 8). Therefore, Ultherapy does not cause wrinkles or fat loss, it lifts your skin.
