I’m worried about having ultherapy done. I went somewhere that did a lot of expensive procedures that didn’t have great results. Then, I went to a nurse aesthetician who provided simpler, less expensive, and more effective procedures. She has also suggested ultherapy, but I’m terrified of fat loss in my neck and face. She says she has 20 years experience with ultherapy. How common is fat loss? Also, to do ultherapy on my face and neck everything I’ve read says 60-90 minutes for full face and neck. I even asked her if 45 minutes would be enough time, and her response was, “Yes, it’s not a long appointment.” Should I be wary that she’s cutting corners or not taking as long as she needs to?
