I had a BBL on 2/27 with full torso lipo, including upper arms and inner thighs. I know swelling is still present since I am only 6 weeks post, but it has changed from hard bands to soft, subcutaneous swelling. Sometimes at the end of the day my abdomen moves like a waterbed. I was 168 pre-op, then at week 4 I was weighing at 157 and very slim. I am retaining more water and am back to 161 or 162. When will my body release the water? I am concerned because sometimes it feels like loose skin.
So it's been 6 weeks. Is there a difference???? I feel like I see a difference in pictures but not when I see myself in the mirror. I think I'm still swollen, some days more than others.... there's a line of my underwear, is that normal??? will I see more improvement or this is it ? I'm kind of disappointed to be honest.
I got tumescent lipo on my abdomen and hips. I was dissapointed that I wasn't informed that because I didn't get my sides done , that I would have a muffin top. My two week post looked acceptable .. A little uneven but I figured I would be patient. Now I'm at 6 weeks and I'm scared it's changing and getting worse! It looks very disfigured to me! Please help and let me know if this is normal? My skin is softening and one side is softer then the other ( the side that's sagging) looks so bad though
Pain in legs is intense from too much walking yesterday. From knees to calves. I had Tumescent a Lipo on abs, flanks and saddles, I am at 6 weeks post. Just seen my PS yesterday, failed to mention leg pain as its only been bad 2 other times. I did mention I felt I had water build up in my knees. Well after I seen him I shopped a bit, walking, standing then came home & was on my feet sorting closets. So too much on my feet, maybe 10 hrs!! I took 2 Aleve and I'm on the couch now. Any suggestions?
i had tumes liposuction 6 weeks ago the first week the swelling was big, but I was flat and was fine, after I started to use the 2stage garment ( which was really tight,at the beginning of the 2 week, some lumps, and dents started to appear at my lower abdomen and left side Since my garment was tight I kept alternating between the 1 & 2 garment during one week, until I asked my doctor if was fine and he it was not. And the time pass, and the uneven and senta are getting bigger. Is this normal?
I had Tumescent Lipo of the hips, abdomen, and flanks 6 weeks ago, my surgeon removed almost 5 liters of fat. I am extremely pleased with my results, and I wear my girdle and compression garment everyday. However, I still feel extremely sore, my skin is still numb/tingley, have sharp pains and burning around my healed incisions, and have hard spots around my vagina and the middle part of my chest below my breasts. I also do not have regular bowel movements or hardly any appetite. Is this normal?
