You still have swelling and still should be wearing a compressive garment. At six months, you will see your final results.

Hello. Great question. Congratulations on your procedure. At 7  weeks there is still swelling present. It can take 3-6 months for all the swelling to go down. A personal examination is needed to properly assess your bulge. Keep following your surgeon's post op instructions.

You are still very early in the healing phase of your surgery. It usually takes 3-6 months to see your final results. I am sure you still have some swelling which will resolve over time.I recommend you check back with your surgeon. Dr Crabtree
