I bought a 35% percent TCA aqeous solution online from Repare Skincare. I would like to apply it to my arms and face, eyelids included, but I think it might be too strong for my eyelids and maybe my face. I am very very light skinned, the lightest tone of skin. What percent of TCA should I put on my eyelids, what percent should I put on the rest of my face, and what percent should I put on my arms? Can I add filtered water to the solution to decrease the percentage?

I had sun damage (brown spots) on my neck and forearms treated 2 years ago with IPL (4 treatments). My arms responded great, but my neck only lightened a little bit. Any other treatments recommended? Would a TCA peel or Fraxel be worth trying to improve the discoloration on my neck? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Ive suddenly out of nowhere got these small bumps on my inner arms - its like chicken skin in the light from diff angles but completely smooth in day. My friend thinks it is KP- used to use glytone to smooth skin. I dry brush and Ive never had Kp before. I have electrolysis done on my outer arms - anything I can do? Ill be having fraxel soon but any at home peels? Im currently trying the TCA stacked skin at peel. Not really sure what to do to make it smooth again.
