I bought a 35% percent TCA aqeous solution online from Repare Skincare. I would like to apply it to my arms and face, eyelids included, but I think it might be too strong for my eyelids and maybe my face. I am very very light skinned, the lightest tone of skin. What percent of TCA should I put on my eyelids, what percent should I put on the rest of my face, and what percent should I put on my arms? Can I add filtered water to the solution to decrease the percentage?
