What is this and is there anything I can do to make arms smooth again? (Photo)

I’ve suddenly out of nowhere got these small bumps on my inner arms - it’s like chicken skin in the light from diff angles but completely smooth in day. My friend thinks it is KP- used to use glytone to smooth skin. I dry brush and I’ve never had Kp before. I have electrolysis done on my outer arms - anything I can do? I’ll be having fraxel soon but any at home peels? I’m currently trying the TCA stacked skin at peel. Not really sure what to do to make it smooth again.

I'd suggest something that would penetrate the skin deeper such as InMode's Morpheus8 Body. A chemical peel will only improve the skin surface.
