What can I do to get rid of these burn marks on my arms please help I have ordered a TCA 30% peel from a shop on the internet in the hope it will improve the marks  Would you advise me please if this is safe to use

No, a 30% TCA to extra facial areas will cause delayed healing and dyspigmentation. If you apply 2-3 coats of 30%, you will be back to the start, possibly with scar contractors and more pigmentation disturbance. For now 1. SPF +++ Avoid sun 2. Silicone dressings 3. Titrate retinoid topically 4. Consider PG inhibitor for hypo. 5. Review by burns team in 4 months. 6. Consider SSG or punch focal regimentation SSG or dermal transfer BASED upon clinical examination.
