Hello! I had SmartLipo / Laser Assisted Lipo about a week ago on my abdomen and flanks. I didn't discharge much after the first day/two. Quick questions: 1. Is it normal to have a little staining or specs of discharge at the incision sites? 2. It feels as if a ton of bricks are weighing me down whenever I stand up - is this common? 3. Would anyone recommend CBD gummies or oil for pain and inflammation relief? 4. Should I get a lymphatic drainage massage and how soon? Thank you!
I had smartlipo done on my abdomen and love handles a week ago. By day 3 my compression garment is causing me intense itchiness.. I have eczema. It's not just itchiness but rashes are developing along the outline of the garment as well.
I recently had liposuction done a week ago. My doctor said I will be swollen for a month and then it will go down. Is the swelling after liposuction water weight the same way you gain water weight after eating things with a lot of sodium? I know why I swell but how are the fluids I am retaining because of the liposuction excreted? Is it excreted in the same way water weight would be excreted? Is there anything I could to do make the swelling go away sooner? Will diuretics help with making this fluid retention go down? Is it just like any other inflammation where your body needs rest? Is the swelling purely from fluids or is any bone or anything actually inflamed?
8 days ago I had cellulaze on my outer thighs & back legs, and smart lipo on my flanks & outer thighs. Reviews from MDs & patients say results are seen immediately, other results say you have to wait 3-6 months. Now that my swelling has gone down, it doesn't look like I even had the treatment. What is the realistic timeline for seeing results? During my consult I was told I would see immediate results, and now Dr is saying to wait 3-6 months. Why do some see immediate results and others don't?
I got smart lipo done under chin and jawline. The procedure was fairly 1 and half hour. Since the same day I didnt see no result actually I looked way bigger than I was initially. Today is 8th day I look very swallon and v tender to touch may be 20 percent swelling gone but definitely zero results and i look bigger than i was . Is this normal? I had one small incision under chin that's all .
I had Smart Lipo done last week on my banana rolls, lower abdomen and saddle bags. I had very little fat to remove, it was mostly done for sculpting specific fat pockets. It's been a week and my thighs are covered in black and blue bruises and are sore, my banana roll area is so sore and tender that I can't sit for too long without having to get up and walk it off, and my abdomen feels numb to the touch and is a little sore and very swollen. When does the bruising and pain go away??
I am day 6 post op after vaser Lipo. The garment is giving me terrible back ache and hurting my spine so last night I decided to try and sleep more flat on my back. After drains were removed Ive been changing my dressings and they have been perfectly clean every day. After last night I have woke up with morning and a incision on the top of my bum is leaking. Do you think this is down to the way Ive slept or an infection? Ive been taking antibiotics every day since surgery.
Okay so I am 53 and had Smart Lipo done This week. I am no longer even draining. I had upper and lower abs flanks sides and back above bra area. I Went to clean and it looks like I have rolls that I didnt have before. I have been massaging like they said and the fat on my back is all there and isnt sore dont think they did it they said they took a little one 3 liters is this event right?
I have had smartlipo 8 days ago.I had it on my Abdomen and chest.also the sides of the abdomen.. The surgeon says he removed around 7-8 litres of fat..on one of my incisions it keeps leaking.I feal a little pain at it.I asked the surgeon he said just keep changing on the incision and put Betadine everyday.i dont know if thats an infection. Also since the day of the operation and im always feeling nausea.. I barely eat anything everyday and when i do i keep feeling im going to throw up for hours
