I had microneedling performed on my neck years ago and since then it's had a crepey texture. The skin on my neck has always been sensitive (I've tried mild retinols but there's always been a reaction). Any recommendations? It extends onto my chest too - I'm interested in treating both but more interested in treating my neck.
What is the best non- surgical procedure for skin tightening. I have laxity of skin on my face and neck but very few wrinkles. I also want something safe for olive skin. What is a safe skin tightening procedure ( that works!) for olive skin? My concern is laxity and not so much wrinkle reduction.
I saw a groupon for neck and face skin tightening. I went for a consultation before purchasing. She showed it to me. It's a big mask with lots of little red lights. A countourlight? Will this have any effect? They also advertise it to reduce fat... I do not want to get rid of face fat, I want it!
Skin tightening products had kept the start of jowls at bay, but now my lower face is beginning to sag and jowls are forming, as well as the start of an under chin wattle. A friend recently got Voluma XC and said it provided enough lift to fix her jowl issues, but I don't care for the unnatural apple cheek look it gave her. I have an appt for Sculptra, but I don't feel it is going to achieve what I want - to get completely rid of the jowls and laxity. 53 year old female. Suggestions? Thx!
I had radiofrequency of neck along with mini neck lift, 2 months ago and my doctor says it is still swollen and wants to see me in 2 months. He is happy with the neck lift (says it's tight). Personally, I cannot see that it is swollen. I know doctors have said the results are immediate, but in my case, they are not. What is your take on this? Thank you!
I had Exilis Ultra 3 years ago and had noticeable facial fat loss after (particularly at the temples and cheeks), which caused some sagging at the jawline and neck. I tried Kybella to deal with the neck, and it made things worse... I'd like to tighten my skin without creating additional fat loss, and it's not severe enough that I'd want a lift as of yet. What would you suggest is the safest, proven modality? Thanks in advance for your informed opinions!
What is the best and most long-lasting treatment for vertical wrinkles and slightly loose skin on the neck? I had a neck lift three years ago. As part of the procedure, my surgeon pulled my neck skin up behind my ears and stitched it there. Over time, the stitching loosened up and apparently fell out. I no longer have a turkey neck, but the wrinkles and loose skin still make it look like one!
