I'm a 52 y/o female with fair skin. I'm overweight (185 lbs at 5'6 1/2 inches tall). I've noticed my face sagging In the past few years, am getting some jowls and a double chin. My aesthetician recommended 4 sessions every 2 weeks of RF skin tightening on my face. Is it safe to do it that often? Would it be safer to do them once a month instead?
Last year I went from 34 to 26.5 around my waist jut by better habits alone. Happy, but hate this loose skin that doesn't seem to be improving. Considering an upper abdomen skin lift after looking into MedSpa treatments that I doubt will get the results I want. Am I a good candidate for a skin only lift? I'm 47. Thanks.
All I can ever find on here is face/neck/chest rejuvenation. I am 45 years in good shape, starting to see the usual sag and dryer/crepier skin with sun damage. I know difference of body vs face skin matters. So no CO2 for body or Fraxel? Full body IPL, best tightening like an RF or Ulthera? How can I have 20s skin again, soft supple, no sag, crepe no spots. Best protocol suggestions using multiple devices or creams/peels BODY ONLY. Thanks!
What procedures are best for posting facelift maintenance? My results are still great after three years but I would like to start doing something to keep my lower face and neck as tight as possible. I'm 51 and my skin is on the thinner side so I definitely don't want to lose any facial fat
50yo, DR/hernia, 5'5 & 145#, & am losing 15-20#. Want TT, but concerns: Age & anesthesia risks; I've had 3 ops in last 4 yrs. All lap through the bb, so worry about necrosis/losing bb with a TT. Don't want extra skin overhang. But don't want the TT scar! Don't mind my stretch marks. Want minimal lipo, bc don't want my body shape to change if I gain weight as I age. Would skin tightening (Renuvion, BodyTite, etc) be enough to tighten extra skin?
I have a pretty good size double chin with moderate laxity. I'm worried about side effects, residual skin sagging, losing volume in the lower areas of my face like I've read is a possibility with the other 2 procedures. I have good skin tone above my jawline but have always had fat beneath chin made worse by weight gain, weightloss does not change it. I'm 52. Basically want to lose the awful old lady drooping bubble that has increasingly gotten worse and tighten up the jaw and neckline a little.
Skin tightening products had kept the start of jowls at bay, but now my lower face is beginning to sag and jowls are forming, as well as the start of an under chin wattle. A friend recently got Voluma XC and said it provided enough lift to fix her jowl issues, but I don't care for the unnatural apple cheek look it gave her. I have an appt for Sculptra, but I don't feel it is going to achieve what I want - to get completely rid of the jowls and laxity. 53 year old female. Suggestions? Thx!
