Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

The best option for this is hi definition neck/jawline contouring, you will get fat reduction and skin tightening in very short time (few days to weeks).  versus kybella combined with thermi which will give you results in weeks to months and require a few treatments.  Please see an expert.  Fat is not improved with external devices like Thermage or ultherapy.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Dear FluffyOne:You did not include pictures, but you describe submental fullness that does not improve with weight loss, along with moderate laxity,  which would make you an ideal candidate for #Kybella. Kybella  would significantly decrease the excess fat, and usually tightens the skin as well. At minimum, even if it does not tighten up the skin afterward, it will not cause drooping of the skin if you have only mild to moderate laxity. You could always consider treatment such as #Ultherapy or #Pellevé after your Kybella treatment if you want to see additional tightening and lifting of the skin. These treatments are safe, extraordinarily effective, with minimal to no downtime or significant side effects in the right hands.
