Nasal endoscope had been done for me after 6 weeks of septoplasty in another hospital not by my surgeon.Doctors told me that nasal septum is still deviated in the upper part and the surgery has to be done again for complete relief. But my surgeon repeatedly saying that my nose block is due to allergy and there is no connection with nasal septum. im confused whether to trust my surgeon or endoscope result. Please guide me whether i should undergo a surgery again?Or is there any other option?

I had open septorhinoplasty 6 weeks ago. And after my swelling is being subside realized some lighter skin color lines where my nasal bones meets the middle third of my nose. I feel like my nasal bones are wide,, and its not edema because i pressed on them with my index finger and counted down 100 after that they went just a little bit inwards still wide. And this made me questioning the lines i saw and if i am prone to having inverted v deformity in the future.
I had a septoplasty/rhinoplasty 6 weeks ago with an ENT and a plastic surgeon. The plastic surgeon inserted spreader grafts (2 on the right, 1 on left) and shaved down the dorsal bump. The ENT corrected my deviated septum & turbinate reduction. Since then I have always felt my left nostril is partially blocked but I can breathe fine out of the right. I saw my ENT yesterday and he says my septum is straight and it should resolve. I haven't felt much improvement, will this get better?
Im about 6 weeks post opp, I got a turbinate reduction, septoplasty, with little of rhino too but my nose was not broken during the surgery. I was bumped in the nose and I feel like Im constantly getting punched in the face. Ive been freaking out since yesterday. My nose was really sensitive and in pain already I honestly cant tell how hard the bump was because it felt like a big punch. The person who hit my nose said it wasnt that hard but I feel like it has shifted looks uneven

Had a revision septoplasty with rib cartilage and fascia graft - 6 weeks post op - and now have bump on bridge of my nose that goes red - contacted surgeons office - surgeon is at a conference - she suggested seeing my gp if im concerned about infection, is this a good idea or should i just wait till next week to see him, the redness comes and goes - the hump over the bridge (which wasn't there pre-op) remains. It appeared after 5 weeks. it also feels hard - thoughts?
I had a septoplasty in right nostril and left concha bullosa surgery on May 5th '16. I did not have any splints and instead had a nose pack for a 5 days. I had to travel (20 hour flight) for work 3 weeks after my surgery and i still have cold, swelling and tip of my nose still hurts. My nose gets congested every 2-3 days and have diffulty breathing with my nose. I also noticed traces of blood in mucus since last 2 days. Is this normal? How long does it take to cold/flu like symptoms to disappear?
