I’m about 6 week’s post opp, I got a turbinate reduction, septoplasty, with little of rhino too but my nose was not broken during the surgery. I was bumped in the nose and I feel like I’m constantly getting punched in the face. I’ve been freaking out since yesterday. My nose was really sensitive and in pain already I honestly can’t tell how hard the bump was because it felt like a big punch. The person who hit my nose said it wasn’t that hard but I feel like it has shifted looks uneven

The nose definitely can be sensitive after surgery.  If you are concerned about the look or shape of your nose, follow up with your doctor.  Asymmetry can be attributed to some soft tissue swelling after an injury, but that doesn't mean the structural components of your nose are affected.  The best way to make sure is an in person examination. Best of Luck

Clearly your best advice would be from the surgeon who did your surgery. Make a follow up appointment as soon as you can.
