I have an injury on my nose for years and I dont like it but I was wondering how I can get rid of the oil on my nose if it is possible. Help me any advice to make it look better? If I need to to get a nose job how much would it cost? Would my insurance help me by any chance?
5 months post septorhinoplasty, accidentally inhaled a bit of canola oil which was diluted with water through the nostrils. Could this negively affect the healing nostrils? Have saline rinsed nose since then.
Hi everyone, I was wondering if it would be okay to apply pure vitamin e oil to my nose 2 weeks post-op septorhinoplasty? I used it as a moisturizer for years before I had my surgery and would like to use it again as soon as possible. Thanks in advance!
I am a female in early 50's and in the last 5 years the tip of my nose has started to become bulbous and troubled with pimples and excess oil. I was told by a rhinoplasty surgeon that it was a mild case of rhinophyma but- have since heard that a dermatologist may be the better way to go, as they use laser to remove tissue from the nose and can get quite dramatic results this way. Should I see a dermatologist instead, who can help to address the root cause of the problem?
I had rhinoplasty 8 days ago and I can't seem to wash the oils out of my hair. My skin is oily too but my hair is more of a concern - I'm using clarifying shampoos and it's still greasy even by the time I blow dry. I know this is due to anti-nausea drugs in anesthesia but can anyone suggest a way to lessen the oil? Is there a shampoo that can help? I know there are recommendations for oxy-wash for skin, but what about hair?
