3 yrs post op primary septorhinoplasty. From the moment my cast was off i knew something was wrong, but I waited 3 yrs anyway. The front view of my nose looks very strange. Ive actually never seen anything like it before. The photos of before and after below speak for themselves. There is an actual complete break in the cartilage of my right alar rim. Saw my surgeon last week for rasping and he says my nose looks good and my alars are just naturally uneven. Any advice?
Im 22 year old female. I have oily skin. My nose has thick skin. I would appreciate honest suggestions about my nose. I am content with my noses side profile. Its the front view, I would like to see the enhancement in.
Dear Doctors, last year my Crooked nose had rhino. Now I'm left with overscooped bridge + high nose-Tip. Also before surgery had symmetric nostrils. Now left-Nostril (alar base) alone was shortened, made front-view asymmetric and left-Profile very thin. (anything except reducing right Nostril?) *Front view look artificial. All I see is Holes. Does bringing tip down alone could bring my previous front-view back?or need to widen that whole wings+tip area to achieve previous natural frontview?
Does it look flatter? Wider? Is there less definition around the nose bridge? I have a straight, bulbous nose and because of this my nose often looks really swollen and sticks out. Will shaving down the nose bridge to create a slope make my nose look softer and more subtle from the front as well?
I would like minimal surgery, hopefully closed. What would I need to ask for and research to get the result I have edited? I would like to keep my front profile the same, I am just insecure about my side profile. My nose is just too long from the side profile
I recently had a rhinoplasty procedure done to correct my deviated septum, shave down the hump on my nose bridge and raise my drooping tip. My side profile looks amazing, although there is a slight hump remaining its negligible and looks natural with my ethnic features. My concern is the front view. Ive noticed my nose is shaped like a tear drop or a pear which takes away from the femininity of my face. Ive seen little to no change in the tip width front view from month 2 (it is now month 6).
Hi, Procedure done Aug22, bulbourous nose and wanted it smaller From a side view it looks a bit straighter, however it still curves upwards towards the nip. I was hoping for no curve. What I'm most concerned about is the front view. It doesnt look straight and still looks big, not at all symmetrical and lumpy. Also the septum (i think its called) isn't straight. The photos with blue background are the before photos. Do you think i need a revision? Are you seeing what im seeing?
