can I benefit from a rhinoplasty of the tip of the nose. I love my profile, it's good... but from the front, my nose is too big and round. Is it possible to refine it? am I an easy case?

Answer: Candidate for Rhinoplasty? You are a good candidate for rhinoplasty. The nasal tip can be narrowed and more defined with rhinoplasty. Your profile is very nice but you have a slight dorsal hump which can be reduced and make it look even better.

Answer: Tip refinement Hi. Yes, based on your simulated photo it is possible to achieve a shape similar to that. I would also consider a dorsal reduction at the same time to further harmonize your nose. Rhinoplasty is not an easy operation. Just ask the experts :)

Answer: Tip Plasty versus full rhinoplasty: Tip plasty versus full rhinoplasty: theoretically, a tip plasty could be done without further reduction of the slight dorsal hub and without further trimming of the projection of your nose. However when a tip plasty is performed there is some reduction in the projection of the tip. This would make your dorsal hump appear larger and may have a detrimental effect on your profile. Generally when one part of the nose is changed the other parts should be changed to keep everything in harmony. The prettiest profile would be obtained with a full rhinoplasty along with the tip plasty.

Answer: Bulbous tip rhinoplasty Hi from Istanbul! Reducing the size of the cartilages at the tip and suture shaping to bring them together would lessen the bulbous appearance and provide a better definition at the tip. However, tip reduction would cause the nasal bridge to look too wide compared to the tip; therefore, the bridge would also have to be reduced via osteotomies to provide harmony and a more proportionate look. It might sound complicated, but it is a frequently done type of surgery, yielding natural and aesthetically pleasing results. Best of luck on your journey!
