I got 1 syringe of restylane to my lips and after 5 days they look how they did prior to the injections. Im very upset and feel like I wasted my money and time. I saw my doctor today and she wouldn't do anything about it and actually seemed to be mocking me a little bit. She said i needed 2 syringes to make it noticeable. Is it common for 1 syringe to just go away after that short amount of time? And do I need 2? That just doesn't sound right to me.
The swelling has gone down and the results look great but I think I'd like a little more ( a very minimal amount). How long should I wait to go back? I've read that it might expand so these might not be the final results, if so at what period do you think my final results show?
I received restylane injections under the eyes to the tear troughs. I bruised immediately. And under one eye, it was apparent that I had a swollen ridge right away. However, a week later, it is still as apparent as the first day (only in one eye). I would like to know if this is normal, or if this is due to the technique. Only half a syringe was split between both eyes, so I doubt too much product was used. Please advise. Thank you.
I had 1cc Restalyne injected into my tear troughs 6 days ago by BC plastic surgeon. Canula was used w/ entry points more lateral and on top of my malar creases. I was extremely swollen for the first few days afterwards, but now the medial portion of my face has gone down but I'm left w/ edema pouches over my malar area. At this point I'm freaking out a bit since I look way worse than before and I haven't seen much change in the last 2-3 days. Any input on similar cases would be appreciated!
My doctor 1st used a cannula. He went in again on left eye with a little additional filler, but this time used a needle and said I would probably bruise. My left eye immediately swelled and I bruised. Day 2 my left eye had a lump and my right eye had a slight ridge which caused a double bag. Went back to my doctor yesterday and he told me it was swelling and to return in a week. He said if the lump is still there he can put a small amount of hyaluronidase.
I had almost a full syringe of restylane injected in my tear troughs 5 days ago. 2 days after the procedure I accidentally moved some of the product that was near my nose. I felt some of the product move and attempted to try to move it back. After that I gently massaged the same side a few times to attempt to fix it. I just recently discovered that I was not supposed to massage it. This side now looks a little more flat and also feels funny - like it has been pushed in. Did I ruin this area?
I got Restylane injections in my upper and lower lip about a week ago. The my lips are only full behind my lip by my teeth. My doctor told me to come back in to see here soon (my appointment will be 2 weeks after the injections)so she can move the filler around to the correct place. I'm slightly concerned because I feel like the injections should have been placed in the correct spot in the first place. Can Restylane even be moved around 2 weeks after injections or is she blowing smoke up my bum?
I have had Restylane filler added 6 days ago. It seems like the filler may have been place right above the crease which could possibly making it appear worse. Will the filler settle in? Should I have more filler added? Its making me very self conscious.
After research, I believe It could be a hemotoma, blood blister or a poorly done job. I was told to wait It out. I am very anxious and nervous about my results.
I had Restalyne placed around my eye 5 days ago and have a big yellow patch along the side of my eye. 7 days before I had Hyaluronidase injected in that area to remove older Juvederm filler that was there. Can Hylauraonidase stain the skin or is the Restaylne too close to the surface of the skin? It was placed with a cannula and previously I have had it placed deeper with a needle. It does not look particularly swollen just very discolored.
