PicoSure + Scar Q&A

I just started my accutane for my chest and back acne a couple weeks ago and I would like to know if I can do Pico laser on my back and chest to speed up the scar removal while im on accutane (10mg/day)?

I am 62kg and started my Accutane treatment 3 weeks ago. I went under laser treatment to remove my tattoo with picosure.

I just had 3 picosure focus for a certain facial scar. They treated the entire face but gave many passes on this certain scar i wanted to improve.I see it has raised but little improvment on the raised pigmented parts of this major scar that i have.Derm says i should continue tx to see max results as collagen will peak 2 wks post last tx & will no longer see major improvement after that.Talked to another derm but this time she says i can see maximum results after 3 months.So whats the real deal.

Will a very thin marginal hypertrophic scar flatten with picosure? Or atleast lighten it? scar is located in the face. Is it also true that hypertrophic scars will resolve on their own?

I did a full face picosure procedure on Monday (6 days ago). The next day, my face was full of tiny red blisters that have itched so much. Over the day, the blisters have had pus in them. I have been very thorough with cleaning my face and only using soft, hypoallergenic solutions. I have also used 110 spf. I have not popped any of the bumps, but I am concerned for my skin. I did not have any breakouts prior to the procedure. I did the picosure to help treat previous scars and fine lines.

Hi i have very soft slightly raised scars on my chin from cystic acne. Id like them to be smoother even though they are very small. Would the Picosure laser work to flatten a raised scar? Its hard to find the right laser in newcastle upon tyne.

I will try to do scar and tatoo removal with Pico laser. Recently I found chief PICOFOCUS made in China. Now I'm wondering this is a real Picosecond laser. In view of product company advertisemeent, this machine is approved by FDA. Is it really approved by FDA? I have this scar more than 20 years. I have done a lot of laser including 4 frexel and 8 times Qswitch laser but its still not fade as much as i want. Now i have picosure laser and about to have a 2 session very soon but i have read that picoway is better in terms of pulse duration and energy to remove pigmentation. Which one is actually better for remove my scar and how many session do i need?
