Scar & tattoo removal - is this PicoFocus device approved by the FDA?

I will try to do scar and tatoo removal with Pico laser. Recently I found chief PICOFOCUS® made in China. Now I'm wondering this is a real Picosecond laser. In view of product company advertisemeent, this machine is approved by FDA. Is it really approved by FDA?
