PicoSure tattoo removal treatment while on Accutane. Will it leave scars?

I am 62kg and started my Accutane treatment 3 weeks ago. I went under laser treatment to remove my tattoo with picosure.

Not sure of the actual pigment and adverse reaction from PDL - V Beam 595. Hemosiderin is usual in the context of vascular lasers, this maybe POC (Poikiloderma with brown as the predominant colour). Possibly the use of pigment specific lasers such as QSL etc... or even IPL/BBL , Fraxel 1927,...

Cafe Au Lait marks can be improved with tattoo lasers. It will take a series of treatments, but it's difficult to determine how many treatments will be needed. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer
