PicoSure tattoo removal treatment while on Accutane. Will it leave scars?

I am 62kg and started my Accutane treatment 3 weeks ago. I went under laser treatment to remove my tattoo with picosure.

Thank you for the photos, these spots can be improved with a combination of Cosmelan, lasers, PicoSure, Aerolase, microneedling/prp, skin lightening, peels, and skin care. Sun protection is essential. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a scarring expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Cafe Au Lait marks can be improved with tattoo lasers. It will take a series of treatments, but it's difficult to determine how many treatments will be needed. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer

There can be redness after laser tattoo removal treatment. I recommend following up with your practitioner for after care. Lasting redness can be improved with a combination of lasers (ProYellow, Excel V, Pulsed Dye). See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
