My penis size is 13 cm erected and about 5 cm flaccid, i want to increase its length and girth So is this procedure safe and i feel like my skin some times is not sensitive as much as needed during sex

Im a 19 years old boy who is really insecure about his penis size ( 4.2 from base and 4.6 from shaft ) im interested in the procedure and had few consultations but am still unsatisfied. How does this procedure work and will it be uneven after getting the fillers. Can anyone tell i had them done?

Hey there. Ive had this indentation along the middle of my corona glans and i believe it was from routine infant circumcision, since i remember seeing it when i was very young. I am interested in penile girth enhancement with filler but have an issue with 1.5in of my penis is hidden by my mons in both the flacid and erect state (see attached flacid pics). I had an enlargement done about 18 months ago and the first 6 months were great. Skin was firm and stiff when erect. Afterwards the skin became less firm and looser. I'm now thinking about having it undone if possible. Not sure if this issue can be fixed or at least restored back to pre enlargement.

Four years ago, I had a Penis Enlargement PMMA filler operation done. My penis developed some apparent abnormalities as a result of the filler not being administered right. I felt a lump in the frenulum and two more beneath the shaft by the frenulum. Last year, I had surgery to remove a lump, it was not entirely successful. It resulted in more noticeable filler lumps/scars on my penis. Triamcinolone and 5FU, I've read, can be used to lower the volume of Bellafill fillers. Would that work?
