Bellafill - can it cause length gains when erect?

Although Bellafill is more for girth enhancement and flaccid length gains can it in some cases cause erect length gain? If so, about how much ?

Bellafill is primarily used to increase penile girth. While some men notice an improvement in flaccid length after treatment, it is not considered a lengthening procedure.

Occasionally, patients report a perceived increase in erect length as well. This may be related to improved tissue support, changes in skin expansion, or simply the visual effect that can occur when girth is increased. However, erect length gain is not a predictable outcome and should not be considered an expected benefit of Bellafill treatment.

Because individual anatomy and response to treatment vary, I do not quote specific length gains in inches or centimeters. The goal of Bellafill is enhancement of girth, with any changes in apparent or actual length considered secondary and highly variable from patient to patient. I hope this helps! Dr. Dima

Bellafill and the hyaluronic acid fillers are utilized in this case for girth enhancement, but it may create a small amount of increased length. I would not expect any more length than 1cm, if any at all. PRF can also enhance the effect of both girth and length, but minimally. The primary benefit of PRF (P-Shot) is tissue quality, blood vessel growth, nerve sensitivity and erectile strength.

Technically, Bellafill does not increase erect length directly, because it doesn't change the structure of the erectile tissue. However, some patients perceive a slight increase in erect length due to:

Improved blood flow from enhanced vascularity and skin support.

A more robust appearance due to girth, making length appear slightly longer.

Correction of retraction or hidden penis, where tissue coverage or fat pads obscure part of the shaft.

I perform this procedure often, and I don't believe it causes a noticeable increase in length. It's definitely good for increasing girth however.
