Im a 19 years old boy who is really insecure about his penis size ( 4.2 from base and 4.6 from shaft ) im interested in the procedure and had few consultations but am still unsatisfied. How does this procedure work and will it be uneven after getting the fillers. Can anyone tell i had them done?

Answer: It depends heavily on who does the procedure The penis is a highly unpredictable part of the body and requires a ton of experience to properly and safely inject. At our practice, Dr. Emer performs penis filler procedures daily and has done so for over a decade. There is no one as experienced as him in this area. However, based on your question, it seems you may be under the impression that penis filler will increase your length. While it may slightly increase length, the bulk of what this procedure does is increase girth. How the procedure works is that you would consult with Dr. Emer and determine your goals and your needs, then once your treatment day rolls around, you would receive both topical numbing cream and nerve block injections to ensure the penis filler treatment is as painless as possible. Then, you'd be injected with the penis filler which takes only a short amount of time. It will take about 1-2 weeks for the filler to settle evenly during which you are unable to have sex or masturbate, or submerge in water. The idea is to allow the filler to settle properly and evenly. As for if anyone can tell if you had this done, no, penis filler appears and feels very natural if injected properly. Come see us if you decide to take the leap with penis filler!

Answer: Penis Enlargement, Enhancement, and Aesthetics I have written a few papers about penis enlargement, augmentation phalloplasty, and evidence-based outcomes. Safety is always the priority. Here are some links to the papers: Penis enlargement surgery can offer modest improvements in both length and girth, but there are risks and limitations that should be carefully considered. Always go to an experienced provider. Complications can be devastating. Lengthening Surgery: The most common method involves cutting the suspensory ligament that attaches the penis to the pubic bone, which can result in an increase of about 1 inch in flaccid length. However, this may not significantly affect erect length. Additionally, some men experience a "drooping" effect where the penis no longer rises in erection, but instead points downward. Girth Enhancement: This can be achieved through fat grafting (using the patient’s own fat) or the insertion of dermal fillers or collagen-based materials. These techniques can add circumference, though fat grafts may have issues with uneven absorption, and synthetic fillers can lead to complications like infection, ulceration, or extrusion. The use of Alloderm (a type of cadaveric tissue) has been controversial due to risks of tissue reabsorption or complications. Minimally Invasive Alternatives: Non-surgical treatments, like platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections or fillers, are also options for improving penis girth and overall appearance. These methods generally have shorter recovery times and lower complication risks compared to surgery. Fillers tend to increase girth, and increase flaccid length minimally due to the extra weight. While surgery can lead to some visible improvements, the results may not meet all expectations, and the risks of complications are significant. For those seeking a modest increase in size, non-surgical options may offer safer alternatives. Consulting with an experienced surgeon is essential to determine the best course of action.
